Terms & Conditions:

Applicable to Hayground Humus, Inc & Hayground Nursery, Inc.

1 a. Requests for deliveries introduced by a visitor, customer, or patron must be communicated at least one week in advance.

b. Requests for custom mixes introduced by a visitor, customer, or patron must be communicated at least one week in advance.

2 a. Loads intended for dumping conducted by a visitor, customer, or patron must be free of artificial debris or synthetic material such as, but not limited to, burlap, construction waste, disposable utensils and more.

3. a. All loads conducted by a visitor, customer, or patron consisting of less than the specified unit measurement will be charged the full price.

b. All loads conducted by a visitor, customer, or patron will be subject to thorough inspection with no exceptions.

c. Any actions conducted by a visitor, customer, or patron are to comply with the instructions provided by staff to ensure optimal customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety.

d. Any actions conducted by a visitor, customer, or patron that are unauthorized by Hayground Humus, Inc., related to, but not limited to, the listed goods and services, will be subject to penalties, fines, and legal action as permitted by applicable laws and regulations, along with any additional measures deemed necessary.

4 a. All sales are final, we do not offer warranties, returns, or reimbursements; Any visitor, customer, or patron is responsible for verifying both the conditions and results of their purchase at the moment of completion in order to address any concerns or discrepancies with Hayground Humus, inc.
